Environmental Chicago: Industry Night

  • Dovetail Brewery 1800 West Belle Plaine Avenue Chicago, IL, 60613 United States (map)

You are invited to the only networking event that bridges the gaps between the environmental sectors in the Chicago area. We have representatives from the for-profit, academic, non-profit and everything in between!

This might be the most interesting speaker ever. Keisha Glover, of Independent Recycling Services, will grace us with her presence and knowledge of the recycling industry in Chicago. Why is something recyclable? Not because it's able to be recycled.....but because the market is there for it. The inner workings of how and why our things are being recycled here in Chicago will be revealed. Wear a poncho 'cuz we might blow some minds.

This is a free event at the Dovetail Brewery tap room. Beer is available for purchase and it's a bring-your-own-food establishment. Parking is free and easy breezy but please use the just-as-convenient public transportation options just blocks away.
